WARM OAT BARS made with whole-ingredients, freshly ground spices & lots of love!

Soak some almonds in water for 24 hours, 
throw them in your blender, 
add some water, 
and VOILA:
You have a delicious homemade almond milk to accompany your OATY HEART-HEALTHY snacks...
